2. Not Legal Advice

The Platform provides tools for organising catalogue data, tracking credits and splits, and generating reports. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for legal advice regarding copyright, publishing agreements, royalty structures, or intellectual property matters.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide reliable tools, the accuracy of data stored in the Platform depends on the information entered by users. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in user-submitted content, including but not limited to:

  • Song metadata, credits, or split percentages.
  • ISRC, UPC, ISWC, or other identifier codes.
  • Copyright ownership or publishing information.
  • Royalty calculations or financial data entered via CSV imports.

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., ArtisteWorks). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service disruptions. We will endeavour to provide advance notice for planned maintenance where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from user error, unauthorised access, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Certain features of the Platform (such as the AI Reporting Assistant and PDF data extraction) use artificial intelligence. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed for accuracy before reliance. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
