1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CORA (\u201cthe Platform\u201d), a product of M.A.P.S. | AGCS LIMITED t/a ARTISTEHUB Systems (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d), Company Registration No. 10778479, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
CORA is a Catalog Organisation & Rights Administration platform that enables users to manage music catalogues, track credits and splits, generate reports, and collaborate with team members. Access is provided on an invitation basis by workspace administrators.
3. User Accounts
- Accounts are created by administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not share your account or allow others to access the Platform using your credentials.
- You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform\u2019s infrastructure or security features.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.
5. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Platform, including song metadata, artwork, and associated files. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform\u2019s services to you and your workspace members.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain continuous access to the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms or if your workspace administrator removes your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
