1. Platform Intellectual Property

The CORA platform, including its design, code, logos, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of M.A.P.S. | AGCS LIMITED t/a ARTISTEHUB Systems. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

2. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you upload to the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Song compositions, lyrics, and musical works.
  • Sound recordings and master recordings.
  • Artwork, photographs, and visual assets.
  • Song metadata, credits, and publishing information.

We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. The limited licence granted to us is solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform\u2019s services.

3. Rights Administration Data

CORA stores detailed rights administration data including composer splits, publisher shares, ISRC codes, UPC codes, ISWC numbers, and copyright information. This data is treated as confidential and is:

  • Only accessible to authorised workspace members with appropriate role permissions.
  • Never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
  • Protected by role-based access controls and workspace isolation.
  • Exportable by authorised users for your own records and distribution needs.

4. Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

5. Workspace Data Isolation

Each workspace operates as an isolated environment. Intellectual property uploaded to one workspace is not accessible to members of other workspaces unless explicitly shared by a Super Admin. This architecture ensures that separate artists\u2019 and clients\u2019 catalogues remain confidential and protected.

6. Data Export & Portability

Authorised users may export their catalogue data at any time in CSV and PDF formats, ensuring you always have portable copies of your intellectual property records.
